Went to Renato to help fix my diamond ring. The uncut stone fell out and not only did Renato set the diamond back into the prongs, he went above and beyond and asked if I would like to give the ring a rhodium bath to bring it back to it’s original white lustre without any sales pressure. I didn’t realize this was what my ring needed! Now it looks as new as the day I got it 10 years ago :). I have never been happier!
