Using industry-leading equipment and computer technology, our goldsmiths are able to create any piece of jewellery you’d like. From unique engagement rings to complex chains to grills for teeth, we will work with you to bring your vision to life. Here’s how it works:

Tell Us What You’d Like

We start with an initial consultation to learn what you’d like to create. If you already have very specific needs in mind (like design, the type of metal and type of stones), we will quote based on your instructions. If you only have a vague idea, we can work with you and help guide you so your idea can become reality

Try It On

Once we quote for your custom piece, we will review it with you, detailing the type of metals and stones that will be used, the work that will be done, and the cost and time associated with making this piece. With this information as a starting point, we can further consider different metals and stones, or alter your design to ensure we give you the best results within the budget you choose.

Once the quote is approved, we will give you a 3D drawing of the jewellery piece you have in mind.

A 3D Model

We will then take the sketch and further model it on the computer for you in 3D. Here, you can see exactly how the piece will look in different angles.

Try It On

With your approval of the 3D model, we will move on to creating a wax or resin mould for you to physically try on. This is a good time to confirm that the size is right and that you’re happy with the piece before we make it with the metal and stones you’ve selected.

Finished Piece​​

Once we’ve finished the piece, we will do one last fitting (especially for rings) to be sure that you are completely satisfied with the result. Minor changes such as ring sizing can be made at this time, while other changes outside of what was originally agreed upon may involve an additional quote.

As goldsmiths, we create all custom pieces directly in our on-site workshop. By cutting out the middleman, you can enjoy better pricing and quicker turnaround.
