It was so swollen, it started becoming almost an emergency, as I started to lose circulation and my finger became numb. I tried everything to pry it off with no luck and realized it was too far swollen to do anything but to have it cut off, safely. I called another place in town first and honestly, the guy sounded like he didn’t even want to be there or even to help me. Then I called Jewellery Clinic, and Andrea (I think that was her name) was so kind and calming on the phone. I told her what was going on and she told me to come in right away, no hesitation. When I got there, I was greeted right away by two friendly faces who actually understood how stressful it was. Renato helped me cut the ring off and kept reassuring me that everything would be okay. Although an unfortunate event having to cut off something so sentimental, they made me feel a lot better about it and let me know it can be fixed after I have the baby. Really grateful for how kind and empathetic they were, especially in a moment that felt a bit scary. Such good service and would be back post partum. Went here because my engagement ring was loose and starting to jingle after having it repaired elsewhere in Kelowna a few months ago. I have a half bezel. They were so kind, helpful, and quick! He did it on spot and gave it a quick polish! If you need a repair done to your jewelry I would definitely recommend!
